Anti-cancer Activities of Honey Bee Products

1.     INTRODUCTION Bees are flying insects in the order Hymenoptera and are closely related to wasps and ants. They are also known commercially for their role in producing natural products, for example, Beewax, Bee pollen and Propolis. Cancer is one of the major ailment affecting humankind and remsins as one of the leading cause of mortality worldwide. Most recent studies have been found that several bee products have potential anticancer activity in vitro and in vivo . Several recent studies have reported that some natural bee products inhibit tumour cell growth (Premratanachai & Chanchao, 2014).
