Nutrition matters on human health
The human body is
moving from here and there is only due to the nutrition which is widely
responsible to provide energy. The living organisms need to take nutrition as
per the BMR (Body metabolic rate) that is the rate of energy expenditure per
unit time. However, being a normal and healthy human we have to take
macro molecules based on body requirements such as proteins, lipids,
carbohydrates, and vitamins which play a very essential role for a living body.
Vitamins too playing a
key role in the development of living organisms that are categorized into
fat-soluble vitamins and the water-soluble vitamins including the B and
complexes with Vit C. They do contain nutrients, minerals and they will boost
up the immunity which defeats the invading pathogens to a body by facing the
foreign pathogens. If we are weak by having nutrition than our immunity won’t
work properly as every part of living organs take energy from the food and to
eating materials.
Moreover, strengthening
the immune system we have to take fresh food with rich in vitamins along with
minerals, eating fruits, doing exercises daily can enhance human immunity along
with the health accuracy.
Vitamin-rich food;
As being a healthy and
physically fit, we need to take such type of food containing vitamins and
minerals because these are necessary for normal body development and
functioning properly. Though vitamins are essential for the living organisms in
reality the excess of everything is effective.
Vitamin A (Retinol);
Generally, we can get
vitamin A from the eggs, milk, potatoes, yellow vegetables, and fruits are
known to be vitamin providers which are important for the vision, reproduction,
and helping the human heart, lungs, and kidney functions to enhancing the
immune system. However, the deficiency of vitamin A is liver causes, night
blindness, rashes, and so on.
Vitamin B and complex;
Vitamin B complex
plays a very key role in the maintaining of a normal body that has an impact on
energy level, cell metabolism, and many more related to the body function.
These types of vitamin B complex can be found in dairy products like milk and
cheese, meat, rice, etc.
The deficiency of
vitamin B leads us to anemia, confusion in older adults, depression, and behavioral
changes can result in the deficiency of vitamin B complex.
Vitamin C (Ascorbic
Acid);
Vitamin C is also
called the Ascorbic acid and is a water-soluble by essentiality for the
development, growth, and repair of body tissues. This can be found in many
fruits like lemon, oranges, tomatoes, and other food. The deficiency of
ascorbic acid leads us in fatigue, internal bleeding, rash, and some other
problems that may occur.
Vitamin D
(calcitriol);
It is one of the types
of fat-soluble vitamin which is responsible for the treatment of bone disorders
like osteomalacia that can be caused due to the lack of vitamin D because of
the reabsorption of calcium. The calcitriol can be achieved in the body when it
is exposed to the UV rays to the sun. In the food, they are mostly found in
butter, fatty fish, cheese, etc.
It is reported that
from the deficiency of vitamin D, 40% of women lead long menstrual cycles, 27%
had oligomenorrhoea, and 13% amenorrhea. They were greatly higher in the normal
vitamin D group in which 12% had menstrual cycle’s disorders, 6% had
oligomenorrhoea, and 6% had amenorrhea.
Vitamin K
(phytonadione and menaquinone);
Besides, vitamin k is
good for blood clotting and the body is a dire need of it for the synthesis of
proteins which are a must for the blood coagulation. They usually appear in the
names of vitamin K1 and vitamin K2 in which k1 is obtained from the leafy
greens and some other vegetables which we can obtain the K2 in meat, eggs, and
other animal food.
The deficiency of
vitamin k includes bleeding of the wounds, oozing from the nose and gums. We
can overcome these by maintaining vitamin K in the living body.
Furthermore, from the
above shortly described vitamins are largely keeping our body functions in the
way we are moving and the other collaboration of living organisms. We usually
see patients complaining about the body parts defection and disturbance is only
due to the proper use of vitamins along with the macromolecules. The minerals,
calcium, iron, potassium, with various chemical compounds, are necessary for
wellbeing. Eating good food with the maintenance of body temperature is the
permanent solution to sustain life as healthy and strong immunity.
The human body can be
developed, functions well by getting vitamins, minerals, and large molecules to
boost up the defense system. Doing exercise would be one of the best solutions
to being healthy that will work for the body's metabolism and provide many more
benefits.
The nutritionist
suggests us to sustain our body by eating vegetables, fruits, meats, and
vitamin-rich nutrients which help us build a normal life with the exercising
daily to keep you healthy.
